1249 + 3 Program

Our “1249 + 3” Program has been designed for those homes that may be hard-to-sell because of age or upkeep, because the price is on the upper-end of the market range, because of heavy competition from other homes in the area, or just because the Seller wants to sell the home faster than usual.
This program will ensure the participation and cooperation of ALL Multi-List members (MLS), because it will pay them the same as, or more than, they would get if they sold any other home in the MLS system.
The commission fee the Seller pays is a $1,249. flat-fee to Heritage Realty, and 3% (three percent) to the Selling Company. This type of commission arrangement is very common, but Heritage Realty does it a different way-
A WAY THAT IS BETTER AND LESS EXPENSIVE FOR YOU!:
If someone within our company sells your home, you pay ONLY $2,499. You do NOT have to pay us the remainder of the 3% selling-portion. The 3% remainder stays in your pocket!
