Our “2499” Program has been designed for those Sellers who want their home sold in a reasonable time at a fair price, without having to pay enormous and ridiculously high commission fees.
This program INCLUDES MLS (Realtor’s Multi-List Service).
The commission fee the Seller pays is a $2,499 flat-fee to Heritage Realty, and NOTHING ELSE.
If an MLS agent with another company sells your home, they get half of this fee. You pay nothing extra.
We do all of the advertising, signage, photography, listing in the Columbus MLS, listing in the Georgia MLS, listing on the national Realtor.com® website, local website placement, prospecting, showing, counseling, contract writing, loan applications, inspections, lawyer coordination, closing coordination, and final paperwork, all for ONE LOW FEE.
NO FRONT MONEY ! You pay us ONLY if we sell your home, and you pay ONLY at closing.
This Program is not available with any other company in Columbus or Phenix City!
