We will lease a home to you. You treat it as if it were yours and you pay a monthly rent. We will give you up to THREE YEARS to get your credit fixed so you can buy the home.
A down-payment is required. This down-payment gives you the right to buy the home at any time you say, during the 3-year period. When you do finally buy it, you get FULL CREDIT for the entire down-payment. AND, for every month you pay your rent on time, you get CREDIT towards your final down payment or off the purchase price!
